Here is a character generator for the White Wolf game, Changeling: the Lost.  This file is designed to quickly make NPCs for your chronicle.  You will need Microsoft Excel for the file to work properly.  When the file opens, you will need to enable macros.

 

Just open up the file and click on the "Generate Character" button.  There are inputs as explained on the "Parameters" tab to specify how many dots you would like to assign of Attributes, Skills, etc.  I have tried to make the file as user friendly as possible. 

You can disable specific Skills and Merits to suit your chronicle.  For instance, my chronicle is set in feudal Japan, so I turn off things like the Computer Skill and the Gunslinger Merit.

You can also change the various elements and animal types for the Contracts of Communion, Elements, and Fang & Talon.

I have done my best to ensure that the character who is created follows all necessary prerequisites and rules (this mainly comes into play with Merits).  I may have missed a couple of things, so please let me know if you see anything amiss.

 

Important: for the "Output" tab to be displayed correctly, you will need the WhiteWolf WoD2 font installed on your computer.  You can get this fon't at MrGone's site, from the first font zip file under the fonts section.  Otherwise you can use the "Unformatted Output" tab.
